Elizabeth Sindelar-LoyWellness Coach, Community Outreach Coordinator
Elizabeth (Liz) is our Wellness Coach and Community Outreach Coordinator. She began working at Main Street Chiropractic in September 2015 but had to relocate for a bit. We were so excited to welcome her back in January 2017. Liz is deeply passionate about wellness as a foundation for a long Quality life. On top of her duties at our office she took on writing a wellness column for Riverbender.com and EdGlenToday.com, to further educate our community.
“I absolutely love my job. I’m so grateful that Dr. Baird and I developed a Functional Medicine / Wellness Coaching program to show people that good health is something they can achieve in this crazy, busy world we live in”
Liz’s daughter is being raised practicing a wellness lifestyle and is proud to represent our office as the Wellness Kid. When Liz isn’t in the office, her and her daughter spend time outside nature, cooking, reading, doing yoga and staying active.
Kerrie YarboroughLicensed Massage Therapist
Kerrie has been a licensed massage therapist at Main Street Chiropractic for 6 years. She brings a lot of joy and cheerfulness to our office. Her passion for wellness care through massage is apparent by the number of long standing clients she has with us.
Kerrie received her NCTMB in 2005 after attending Sister Rosalind’s School of Massage in North Dakota. She customizes each massage based on the client’s individual needs. If the client is a chiropractic patient, she works closely with Dr. Baird to create a program specifically to aid in managing a chronic issue or support recovery from an injury. Kerrie is trained in Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Swedish, Prenatal and Trigger Point Therapy. She aims to reduce tension, ease pain, increase range of motion, and promote an overall state of well-being.
When Kerrie isn’t in our office, her and her husband stay busy raising their six kids.
